Residential Waterproofing Takeoff & Markup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Im looking for someone that can provide DETAILED markup and takeoffs for waterproofing construction project. I will share plans consistently from small/large residential projects to small/medium commercial projects. Experience for waterproofing markups is a must .
Scope of work
• Use my latest plans (PDF) to highlight each waterproofing zone—basement walls and slab, roof assemblies, all bathrooms, plus exterior decks, patios, and any siding sections that need a membrane.
• Indicate termination points, overlaps, and flashing details directly on the drawings so the crew sees exactly where product starts and stops.
• Provide a takeoff spreadsheet that lists square footage or linear footage, product type, and waste factor for every area you mark.
A first pass within three days, final set after my review corrections. Accuracy is critical—the quantities you produce will drive my purchase order.
If you work comfortably in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, or similar tools and can deliver both the native file and exported PDF/Excel, let’s get started.
