Residential New Home Construction
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am preparing to build a brand-new residential home and need an experienced construction professional who can guide the project from planning to hand-over. The scope includes:
• Reviewing my preliminary ideas and translating them into a buildable plan that meets local codes.
• Providing a clear project schedule, cost estimate, and material list.
• Coordinating permits and inspections with the relevant authorities.
• Supervising on-site work to ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and timely progress.
• Offering regular progress updates and being available for quick problem-solving when unexpected issues arise.
You should have a proven track record in new home construction, solid knowledge of residential building regulations, and strong communication skills for working with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Familiarity with standard project-management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and digital plan-sharing platforms is a plus.
