I'm looking for a skilled professional to assist with calculating construction quantities for a residential project currently in the planning stage. The focus is on determining accurate material quantities, labor requirements, and overall cost estimation to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process. NOTE: I am after accurate Qtys based on building a home in NSW and would require a spreadsheet so I can manipulate if required. Please include your fixed fee.
