Residential Construction Project Management
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We’re seeking a kick-ass Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is willing to take on a hybrid role that extends beyond traditional project management.
The Role
- You’ll be the connective tissue across Hapi’s projects — from California residential builds to global brand collaborations. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and delivery, while also stepping into hybrid responsibilities in operations, partnerships, and execution. This is a builder-operator role for someone who gets energy from turning vision into reality.
What You’ll Do
- Own the delivery of multiple housing projects, from client onboarding, permitting, through installation.
- Build and maintain project plans, budgets, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate across internal teams (design, engineering, ops) and external partners (contractors, clients, developers, investors).
- Take on hybrid duties: support company updates, ops process building, partner onboarding, activations.
-Anticipate risks, clear roadblocks, and make sure projects stay on track.
- Be the day-to-day point of accountability — driving momentum across multiple workstreams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience (construction (essential), real estate, or high-growth startups (nice to have).
- Strong operator mindset: can organize chaos, see around corners, and push things forward.
- Entrepreneurial — willing to roll up sleeves and step into whatever’s needed.
- Excellent communicator who can manage up, across, and out.
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with PM tools, CRMs, dashboards, and remote collaboration platforms).
- Hybrid flexibility: ideally be available to visit clients on-site, but not essential for the right person
