TENDER PRICING BRIEF – RAILWAY ROAD, QUAKERS HILL
1. PURPOSE
You are required to prepare a complete lump sum estimate and tender pricing build-up for the Railway Road upgrade project.
This is a design-based tender (no BOQ provided). You must:
Measure all quantities yourself from drawings + addenda
Build up rates and total cost
Complete variation schedules
Provide a structured estimate for submission

You must fully review ALL provided documents before pricing:
RFQ (scope, conditions, requirements)
Appendix H – Design Drawings (PRIMARY TAKEOFF SOURCE)
Addenda (1–5) – CRITICAL changes
Appendix K – Variation Rates Schedule (must be completed)

Kerb & gutter (including increased 16.5m section)

CCTV post-construction
Electrical (FULL SCOPE)
ALL Endeavour Energy works (not just conduits)
Street lighting, pillars, columns, certification
Retaining / Creek Works

Full-length pedestrian fencing on top (NOT partial)

Turf, mulch, planting, soil
Root barriers/directors
12-month maintenance
Traffic & Site Constraints
Staged works (maintain two-way traffic)
Daily reinstatement for residents
VMS boards (2 units, installed 2 weeks prior + duration of project)
