RCC Factory Building Construction
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I am moving ahead with the construction of an industrial-scale factory building and have decided on a fully RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) solution for every major element—foundations, frame, floors, and masonry. The plot has already been surveyed and a preliminary architectural layout exists; what I now need is a civil specialist or team that can translate those drawings into a complete, code-compliant structure ready for equipment installation.
Your scope will start with validating the current plans, developing a detailed structural design, and preparing bar-bending schedules and BOQs. Once approved, you will execute all site works: excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, floor finishing, and RCC boundary walls. Coordination with my mechanical and electrical consultants is essential so loading points, trenches, and service sleeves are cast exactly where the production line demands.
I expect weekly progress reports, cube-test results, and on-site safety compliance in line with the latest IS codes. Delivery will be considered complete when the RCC shell, internal partitions, and floor slabs pass third-party inspection and are handed over snag-free.
