P6 Primavera Planner

I'm seeking a P6 Planner to join a me on a UK construction related project.
It is vital that they be able to compose a P6 Primavera programme from drawings, methodologies and scopes of work.
The work is to start in early November, with a minimum of one day per week required with potential for this to escalate.
