Patch and Replaster Old Downlight and Intercom Holes

I have a few old downlight and intercom holes in the theatre and minor work throughout the rest of the home that need to be patched and replastered. The patched areas will need to be prepared for a paint finish.

Ideal skills for the job include:
- Proficient in plastering and patching holes
- Experience in preparing surfaces for painting
- Attention to detail to ensure a smooth finish
