Partners for Precast Concrete Venture
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am expanding an existing precast operation into a dedicated block-making facility on a site less than ten minutes from the airport. The business is early-stage yet already enjoys two immediate advantages: steady demand from the surge of residential and commercial builds in the area, and a low-cost raw-material stream thanks to leftover concrete supplied by nearby ready-mix companies. By diverting that surplus into block production we can cut input costs dramatically while keeping tons of material out of landfill.
What I am offering is an equity partnership or similar investor relationship. I need either US $75 k to secure reliable, used block-forming equipment or up to US $200 k for brand-new, higher-capacity machinery. Funds go directly toward machinery, a modest plant retrofit, and working capital for the first production runs; the existing yard, permits, and logistical network are already in place.
Revenue will come from supplying both residential and light-commercial contractors with precast blocks, then scaling into on-site concrete delivery once volumes justify a mixer truck. With airport-adjacent logistics and multiple large building projects breaking ground nearby, we expect healthy order flow from day one.
If you can contribute capital—and ideally contacts or know-how in construction materials—let’s discuss share structure, payback timeline, and growth milestones. I am ready to provide financial projections, market data, and a detailed equipment list upon request.
