Painting & Flooring Commercial Estimator Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will assist with the following estimating tasks:
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
• Review plans and specs and organize scope items by CSI division
• Prepare clean, well-organized takeoff spreadsheets in Excel
• Assist with first-pass labor and material extensions using provided rates and assumptions
• Identify missing information, scope gaps, and coordination issues
• Follow a provided estimating SOP and bid format
Project Types
• Public works and institutional projects
• Schools, municipal facilities, and government buildings
• Interior finishes with emphasis on Division 9 (painting, coatings, finishes)
• Occasional civil or site-related scope review for quantity takeoff only
