Job Description

We are looking for male or female onsite assistants (below 40 years old) to support a vendor in completing building repair and maintenance works.

This is a short-term onsite assignment (7 weeks) located in Johor – nusajaya.

Scope of Work
• Assist vendor during onsite building repair works
• Record daily progress and issues
• Update work reports in English
• Share updates via WhatsApp / group communication
• Coordinate and communicate with team members onsite

Working Details
• Location: Johor – nusajay(Onsite)
• Duration: 7 weeks
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working days: Monday to Friday

Requirements
• Male or female, below 40 years old
• Able to work onsite in Johor Kempas
• Able to write simple reports in English
• Good communication skills (English & Malay preferred)
• Basic knowledge of reporting, documentation, or site coordination is an advantage
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Experience in construction, building maintenance, or technical support is a plus
