I’m ready to move ahead with a ground-up build of a residential multi-family home and need a civil construction professional who can take the project from cleared site to completed structure. This is a brand-new build, so everything from site preparation, foundation works, structural framing, external services (water, sewer, stormwater) and compliance with local residential codes must be coordinated and delivered to a high standard.
Survey data and concept drawings are already in hand; permits will be submitted immediately after we finalise the construction schedule. Your expertise will guide the detailed timeline, material take-offs, and any cost-saving alternatives you may suggest, while ensuring all structural and safety requirements are met.
We will agree on milestones that cover:
• Site set-up, earthworks and footing inspection sign-off
• Structural completion to roof-on stage
• Services rough-in and external works
• Final hand-over with compliance certificates
