I’m moving ahead with a residential build—a modern single-family home—and I need a construction expert who can bring the project from first pour to final hand-over. The vision is clean lines, open interiors, and a contemporary façade, so every stage must keep that modern aesthetic front and center.
Your role will cover the practical side of the structure and flooring: setting out the foundations, erecting the frame, completing the floor slabs, and coordinating trades so that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations slot in smoothly. I will rely on you to interpret any architectural drawings, source materials that fit the look, schedule site activities efficiently, and keep workmanship to code.
