Lot-House Fit CAD Analysis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m a builder-developer who routinely prepares material take-offs and other CAD-based documents, and right now I need a focused bit of help. I have the full set of lot dimensions for a new subdivision as well as four complete house plans. Your task is to review each lot and let me know which of the four plans will fit—and which will not—taking local building envelopes, required setbacks and practical construction clearances into account.
All source material is ready to go: the plans and the lot layouts will arrive in native AutoCAD files, and I’d like your findings returned as a clear PDF that I can forward directly to my civil engineer and sales team. If you work natively in AutoCAD too, that will make coordination easy.
Deliverables
• A concise PDF report showing every lot in the subdivision with the compatible house plan(s) identified
• A brief note on any marginal fits or unbuildable lots, if encountered
• Your annotated DWG file (optional but appreciated) so I can pick up the work for future revisions
