Inspection test Plan

I am seeking an experienced civil engineer or technical writer with knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 3600, AS 3610, AS 5100) and Queensland TMR MRTS specifications to prepare detailed Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for key bridge and road construction activities.
The ITPs must include:
• Activity description and sequence
• Inspection/Test method and reference (standard/specification)
• Acceptance criteria
• Responsibility (Contractor / Superintendent / QA)
• Hold / Witness / Review points
• Record/Document references
