I’m moving into the heavy-work stage of an industrial build and need one experienced mistri (site foreman) together with a team of dependable labourers to keep progress steady and safe. The mistri will handle daily supervision, read structural drawings, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and jump in on the tools whenever the schedule demands. Labourers will support all on-site activities—from concrete and steel work to general material handling—so a solid background on large industrial jobs is preferred.
Because this is an active industrial site, I value crews who already understand rigorous safety protocols, can work around heavy machinery, and are comfortable adapting to whichever trade takes priority on a given day—be it concrete, structural carpentry, or basic electrical routing.
