Industrial Construction Cost Estimation
Budget: $10 – $1,000,000,000 USD
-I have complete architectural drawings for an industrial facility and need a concise, high-level cost estimate that I can share with ownership and our lender. The scope covers four trades only: building CMU block rooms, installation of doors and frames, hanging and finishing gypsum board, and final paint.
From those drawings I want accurate quantity take-offs and a summarized cost model that rolls material, labor and installation into a single line for each trade, with clear notes on your production rates and unit costs so I can adjust them later if market pricing shifts. Please keep the format simple—an Excel workbook is ideal—with a tab for the measured quantities and another for the cost summary. I do not need a CSI level breakdown for every screw; just enough detail to feel confident that the totals are defensible in a bank review. Project build out in 2 weeks timeframe
