Garage to Entertainment Oasis
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking to transform my garage into a recreational room primarily for entertainment, such as TV and gaming and only need drawings or a 3d rendering showing ideas of different layouts that maximize the living space and includes storage. I need these to be able to get pricing from our contractor. I can provide a house plan that shows the current space as it is now.
Key requirements:
- Space for exercise equipment, Treadmill and weight bench area
-Entertainment space with TV and couches we currently have, built 'ins for storage
- Basic kitchenette (no sink) but will need to incorporate an existing refrigerator and upright deep freezer, countertop for crockpots or small microwave
-space will still park 2 cars in one section, idea for a half wall to separate area with a small lip for a "bar style" seating.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Home renovation and design
- Knowledge of space optimization, creative design
- Experience with kitchenette installation
