Full Home Reconstruction Quote
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
I’m ready to undertake a complete makeover of my residence—inside and out—and I need a detailed, professional quotation to move forward. The project covers every major system and surface, so the estimate must address structural work, finish carpentry, all mechanicals, and final fit-out for both the interior and exterior.
Interior scope
All rooms are on the table. After a site visit, I’ll confirm whether kitchens, baths, living spaces, basement, or attic receive priority, yet the proposal should assume a whole-house approach and note any cost differences if we scale back.
Exterior scope
Expect roof, gutters, siding, paint, windows, and doors to be part of the brief. If you see code or weather-related upgrades I’ve missed, please flag them in your notes.
What I need from you
• An itemised quotation broken down by interior and exterior phases
• A preliminary Gantt or similar schedule showing critical milestones
• Schematic drawings or mark-ups (PDF, AutoCAD, or Revit are fine) illustrating the intended scope
• A concise materials list with at least two quality-tier options where choices drive cost
• Proof of licence, insurance, and recent comparable projects
Acceptance criteria
I’ll consider the submission complete when all cost lines add up without hidden extras, the timeline feels realistic, and the drawings align with the specification narrative.
Site visits can begin as soon as we agree to an NDA. Looking forward to reviewing your proposal and seeing how you’d bring this full-scale reconstruction to life.
