Foundation Addition for Remodel

I'm seeking an experienced contractor to manage the structural work needed to add to my existing home in Arizona. The current foundation is a crawl space.

Key Requirements:
- Engineered stamped plans
- Experience with crawl space foundations and other options for foundation, including monolithic concrete slab.
- Knowledge of local Arizona building codes
- knowledge of permits and inspections
- Structural integrity assurance

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Licensed in Arizona
- Previous work on residential additions
- Strong understanding of residential foundation work.
