Find workers in Italy (Cardano al Campo, VA)

We are seeking an Italian freelancer with expertise in sourcing construction contractors or crews to assist us in hiring 3 skilled crew members in Cardano al Campo, VA, Italy. The ideal candidate will have local knowledge of the construction industry and established connections to help us find reliable crew members quickly. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
We are looking for at least 2 offers from constructions companies or contractors in Cardano al Campo, VA, Italy (see below for exact address) for 5-8 days of work starting on the 20th of November (excluding weekends).
We need 3 workers who are capable of handling a drill and other tools. We have pre-approved rates of €25-€30 p/hour p/worker (all inclusive, incl VAT/Taxes) for a total of 8 working hours per day. Additionally, we need to confirm company information like business registration, workers permits, insurance, and all required legal documentation. These should be available on request and companies who do not have this information will not be considered.
Additionally we also want to know if the companies could provide tools for rent, a tool list will be provided (see attached), we would like to know how much they would charge for renting out the tools for the same duration. If they cannot offer tools for rental that is also fine, but it would be good to know if they can assist.

The workers will be helping to assemble a pre-fabricated light steel fence for use in a sporting facility. Please see attached images for reference. It is a very simple job as these pieces are already pre-fabricated and only need to be connected to each other on site and drilled into the concrete base that is already on site. We will have a site manager on site to oversee the project and assist with how the fence should be assembled correctly. The total fence length is 238m and the height of the fence is 1.2m.
