Fencing Estimator & Admin Support

Hi I am seeking an Estimator to join my team. Someone with a fencing background or experience. That can find fence and gate components on plans and mark them up, creating their own BOQ.
This role will include admin work, with emails and checking my portal for new work. Also becoming my P.A.

Autocad is an advantage. Planswift is preferred for estimating mark ups but Bluebeam is okay too.

English speaking is a requirement.

Once the numbers are crunched I’ll rely on you for light admin: logging into my online portal several times a day to spot new tenders, flagging deadlines, and keeping my inbox tidy with prompt, well-written replies.

I’m happy to train someone with less than a year on fencing projects provided you already know your way around Planswift, understand basic construction terminology and speak clear, confident English. Accuracy and turnaround speed matter more to me than years on the job.

Deliverables I’ll measure:
• A fully marked-up PDF or PSW file for every plan set
• A clean BOQ spreadsheet that matches the mark-ups line for line
• Daily portal report and inbox summary before close of business
