Detailed Underground Utilities Plans

I need a complete, construction-ready set of underground utility plans covering water, storm and sewer networks for a new project site. I can supply you with my existing survey and base maps in CAD and PDF formats; they already show the current and proposed grades, property limits and key control points, so you will not be starting from scratch.

From those files I want you to build coordinated plan, profile and detail sheets that clearly show:
• Pipeline layout with stationing, offsets and invert elevations tied to my control grid
• Material specifications called out per segment (pipe class, diameter, bedding, fittings and appurtenances)

The finished package should be delivered in both editable AutoCAD (2018-compatible) and plotted PDF sheets ready for municipal submission. Please include a brief QA/QC checklist or notes page confirming that pipe cover, slopes and clearances meet typical standards; I will then run it past the local authority.
