Deck Extension & Matching Rails
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need the left-side lower deck pushed out so that its front edge lines up perfectly with the right lower deck. The existing surface is roughly 9 ft × 5 ft; once the frame is extended, install metal railing that looks identical to the upper-level rails so our HOA sees one continuous design.
Underneath both lower platforms, a clean white access door has to be framed in and hung so I can get to utilities without crawling through lattice. Please match the door’s finish to the house trim.
Deliverables
• Extend framing and decking to flush alignment
• Supply / install matching metal rails, color and profile identical to current top rails
• Frame, paint (white) and hang under-deck access door, smooth operation confirmed
Everything must pass HOA inspection and local code. I’ll be on-site to approve materials before you fasten anything permanently.
