Custom Construction Excel Templates
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a quantity surveyor - engineer who lives and breathes construction to build a suite of Excel workbooks completely from scratch. These files must let me:
• Prepare detailed estimating sheets that roll into a clean, client-ready quote.
• Track project progress, variations and key dates as a live project-management dashboard.
• Generate daily site reports, monthly summaries and forward-looking cash-flow reports at the click of a button.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments so I can see our real-time financial position.
The final spreadsheets have to be intuitive for site staff yet robust enough for head-office reporting. Smart use of formulas, named ranges, drop-downs and conditional formatting is expected; VBA or Power Query is welcome if it keeps routine data entry tight and error-free.
You will start from a blank workbook, map out the structure, agree on the workflow with me, then deliver finished, protected templates plus an unlocked master copy. A short video or annotated PDF explaining how to maintain and extend the files will round out the hand-over.
