Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am ready to break ground on a 12,000 sq ft office building in Bhanpura, Madhya Pradesh and need a seasoned contractor to take charge of the full construction phase. All architectural and structural drawings are already approved, so your focus will be translating those plans into a finished, code-compliant structure.
Timeline is my top priority. I have tenants scheduled to move in, so every milestone—foundation, framing, MEP installs, finishing—must track tightly against the agreed schedule. I expect a detailed work plan with clear start and completion dates, weekly progress updates, and swift coordination with my on-site representative.
Scope at a glance
• Mobilise labour, materials, machinery and site infrastructure.
• Execute civil works, structural steel, masonry, roofing, interior partitions, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire-safety systems per the issued drawings and local bylaws.
• Source materials that meet the specified grades; substitutions only with written approval.
• Maintain safety standards and obtain stage-wise inspections and occupancy certification.
Acceptance criteria
• Building delivered ready for hand-over by the contractual completion date.
• All inspections passed and documentation (as-built drawings, warranty certificates, completion reports) submitted.
• Site cleared of debris and restored to a clean, secure state.
