I need a detailed construction survey for an upcoming project. The survey should include utility as-built information specifically for water and electrical lines.
Key Requirements:
- Accurate mapping of utility as-built for water and electrical, sewer, gas lines
- Professional boundary identification and layout
- High precision in horizontal and vertical coordinates
- Health and safety qualification
- CSCS card
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in construction surveying
- Proficiency in utility mapping
- Knowledge of surveying tools and software
- Possibility to use GPS (and TPS where necessary)
- Be able to tell the accuracy of the data collected
- Be able to work on smaller jobs 1-2-3 hours and don’t charge a full day
