Construction Supervisor Needed

I'm looking for a seasoned commercial construction supervisor with a strong background in flex and/or retail space. The role will be supervising contractors for internal demo, new bathroom installations, new door, window, and additional window installations, electrical and plumbing, awning and signage installation, roof replacement, and parking lot improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with contractors: Clear communication and coordination with the contractors to maximize efficiency and costs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations: The supervisor must have a comprehensive understanding of relevant construction regulations and standards to ensure the project is compliant at every stage.
- Budget cost control: Keeping the project within budget is a priority. The supervisor will be responsible for estimating costs and implementing strategies to control budget expenditure.
Ideal skills for the job include excellent project management capabilities, strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive knowledge of construction regulations. Experience with retail / flex facilities projects is ideal.
