Job Title: Freelance Project Planner / Scheduler for Construction & Fit-Out Project
Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Project Planner to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, civil works, or interior fit-out projects and be highly proficient in industry-standard scheduling software.

Scope of Work & Key Deliverables:
The selected freelancer will be responsible for developing the following core documents based on our project scope and BOQ:

BRIEF " High level INFO " Project Schedule: A comprehensive, fully linked baseline schedule covering all project phases from engineering and procurement to site execution, testing, and handover.

Milestone Schedule: A high-level schedule isolating the critical path, tracking key deliverables, and highlighting major project milestones for stakeholder reporting.

Resource Allocation Plan: A clear breakdown showing daily/weekly staffing levels, manpower histograms, and resource leveling to ensure optimal on-site productivity.

You Should Have Expertise in Microsoft Project.
