Construction DWG Drafting Package

I already have a frozen layout for a small commercial development that combines a G + 1 gym, a restaurant, and an 8-D dome. All dimensions are locked; I only need them translated into clean, fully detailed AutoCAD files—no redesign work at all.

Scope
You will take my marked-up plans and produce a complete set of fully detailed construction drawings that follow the relevant local building codes. In addition to the architectural sheets, I also need coordinated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts embedded in the same DWG environment so everything aligns perfectly.

Deliverables (DWG + print-ready PDF)
• Site layout
• Floor plans for every level
• All elevations
• One longitudinal and one transverse section
• Column/structural layout
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC plans on their respective layers

When you reply, please confirm:
1. Comparable drafting experience and the software version you work in (AutoCAD 2021 or later preferred).
2. Realistic turnaround time for first draft and final issue.
