Construction Critical Path Tool

I need a straightforward Critical Path Method maker tailored to construction projects. The core feature is task scheduling and tracking: I want to enter activities, durations, and dependencies, then instantly see the calculated critical path, float, earliest start/finish, and any schedule slippage.

I’m flexible on whether you build this as a lightweight web app, a desktop executable, or even something script-based—whichever delivers a fast, intuitive workflow for field engineers who may not be tech-savvy. A clean timeline or Gantt-style view would be a bonus, but the algorithmic accuracy and ease of data entry matter most.

At this stage I don’t require direct integrations; instead, outline the options you could add later (for example exporting to Excel, pushing milestones to Google Calendar, or syncing with Trello/Asana). That will help me plan future phases.
