Construction Cost Estimator Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Estimator with expertise in Procore and RSMeans to prepare a detailed cost estimate for a U.S.-based commercial building project. The assignment involves developing a full cost breakdown for materials, labor, and equipment using RSMeans data and Procore-compatible cost codes, incorporating regional cost adjustments and CSI Division structure.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience preparing U.S. commercial or institutional construction estimates, be proficient in RSMeans (Data Online or equivalent), and understand AIA and cost-code formatting. Deliverables include a line-item cost estimate in Excel and PDF summary, supported by backup documentation and a Procore import file.
This is a fixed-price contract of $750, with payment due only upon approval of the final draft. The project must be completed within 2–3 weeks, with revisions as needed to reach final acceptance. Please provide samples of past estimating work and confirm your availability within the stated timeframe.
