I need steady, well-researched bids submitted for commercial construction clean-up work—both post-construction cleaning during the build and the final sparkle clean before hand-over. You’ll hunt down opportunities, study plans and specs, and enter competitive numbers on my behalf so our cleaning crew stays booked.
Primary focus is the commercial sector and any active construction project that needs a reliable close-out team. If you spot office build-outs, retail fit-outs, or healthcare wings that align with our pricing model, feel free to include them; the key is that the job is tied to a construction project.
Core tools you’re comfortable with might include ConstructConnect, Dodge, BidClerk, Blue Book, Procore or similar portals, plus Excel or Google Sheets for bid tracking. Use whichever platform you prefer so long as the data is complete and deadlines are never missed.
Deliverables each week
• A tracker showing every opportunity located, bid status, due date, and next action
• Completed bid forms or online submissions with uploaded scope sheets and pricing breakdowns
• A brief recap of wins, losses, and feedback gathered from GCs or project managers
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum of five qualified bids submitted per week
• Zero missed deadlines once a bid is accepted for preparation
• All pricing and scope details double-checked against the plans/specs provided by the GC
