Construction Bid Coordinator Needed

I need an experienced construction bid coordinator to streamline our bidding process for projects in the Greater New York area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search multiple bidding platforms (ProView, PlanHub, BuildingConnected, Dodge Construction Central, BidClerk, ConstructConnect) for relevant jobs.
- Review project plans, specifications, and addenda with a keen eye for detail.
- Perform accurate material takeoffs, primarily for skylights, but also for windows and doors.
- Build comprehensive bid packages, including:
- Takeoff spreadsheets
- Material list with quantities
- Any required supporting documents
- Use provided distributor pricing to prepare final cost summaries with supplied pricing templates.
- Organize and deliver all bid packages in a clear, professional format.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with construction bidding and familiarity with multiple bidding platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in reviewing plans and performing takeoffs.
- Proficiency in creating organized, professional bid packages.
- Knowledge of construction materials and pricing.
