I need a skilled builder to construct a commercial hotel/event space based on an EXISTING HISTORICAL BUILDING! 18,000 SQFT building shell only! I just need help beginning the construction documents for 39 E Exchange Pl, Salt Lake City, UT.
Key Requirements:
- Hotel lobby and bar area
- Calculation and mapping of dimensions: Entire project is 17,787 sqft. Ceiling height is 9' in normal areas and 20' in the lobby.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
