I have several new-build homes scheduled to break ground and I need a well-connected freelancer who can put me directly in touch with reputable residential builders that handle construction only.
My priority is quality introductions rather than a long directory. Ideally, every contact you share is:
• experienced in ground-up residential construction
• currently available to take on fresh projects
• able to work within the usual design-is-done, “just build” model
