I'm seeking a detailed construction take-off for a concrete and framing project.
Key Tasks Include:
- Concrete Work:
- Grade beams and foundation walls (high priority)
- Slab on grade and exterior sidewalks (high priority)
- Retaining walls and exterior stairs (high priority)
- Framing Materials:
- Hold downs, straps, and anchors (critical)
- Dim lumber and sheathing (critical)
- Engineered Wood Products (EWP): ijoists, glulams, LVL (critical)
- Additional Items:
- Wood trim/base, curbing, and paving
- Below grade insulation on foundation walls and under-slab
- Vapor barrier (assuming radon barrier 10mil)
- Perimeter drainage
Requirements:
- Use both metric and imperial units for measurements
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Experience in construction take-offs is preferred
