Composite Patio Deck with Cable Railing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a skilled contractor to create and provide structural blue print design plans for a detached patio deck measuring 32x20.
Location is Butler county, OH, USA and needs to comply with all local building regulations
Materials:
- Steel for main center support joist and for all perimeter framing
• specific material we are thinking. Evolution 2 in. x 6 in. x 18 ft. Joist 16-Gauge Steel Black Deck Framing (sold by Home Depot)
-posts 4x6 or 8X8
- Wood 2x10 for joists (natural finish)
- Composite for the deck boards
- Cable railing
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in working with steel and wood
- Experience in installing composite decking and cable railings
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship for a quality finish
Project needs:
-I want minimal footers hoping for 9
-need to determine the diameter of the footers
-the ground is sloped dropping from flat level to a max height of 4.5 feet.
