Commercial Renovation Electrical Drawing

I’m working on an electrical design upgrade for an existing commercial building and have annotated the current drawing set with several red-tagged questions. The office spaces are also getting a light interior refresh, so most of my notes revolve around how the new lighting layout, additional power circuits, and HVAC control wiring tie into the overall plan.

Because my commercial experience is limited, I need a practiced eye to go through the PDF, tackle each red comment, and confirm that the proposed solutions will satisfy NEC and local code requirements while staying practical for construction.
