Commercial Fence Plan & Permit
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need detailed drawings and supporting documents for a aluminium picket-style fence that will enclose my commercial parking area. The local planning office requires a full, code-compliant set that clearly addresses their height restrictions, plus the application package for the planning permit itself.
What I expect from you
• A scaled site plan and elevations that show the fence alignment, gate locations, footings, and overall heights
• Construction details that specify the picket material and any hardware so the reviewer can see it meets commercial standards
• A brief design statement and any schedules the planning department typically wants (material list, heights, distances from boundaries, etc.)
• Completion of the planning-permit form and electronic submission on my behalf, including revisions or clarifications the planners might request until approval is granted
Digital files should be supplied in both PDF for submission and DWG (AutoCAD) for my records. If you use Revit or similar BIM software, that is fine as long as I still receive a DWG export.
Let me know your estimated timeframe for the first draft and how many rounds of edits are included.
