We are seeking an experienced architect/engineering team to prepare detailed construction drawings for a DA-approved commercial building, ensuring compliance with all standards.
Scope of work:
- Review approved planning drawings
- Prepare construction-ready/IFC drawings including structural & MEP ready for builder pricing and certification
- Refine design for buildability and cost efficiency
- Deliver high quality and detailed construction drawings.
- Ensure compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
Information required:
- Provide relevant experience, CV and sample construction drawings.

Skills and experience:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in commercial building projects
- Ability to refine designs for buildability and cost efficiency
- Compliance knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
- Experienced in preparing IFC drawings
