Coastal Family Home Construction
Budget: $50 – $500 USD
I'm seeking an experienced home architect/designer to provide perspective/suggestions on the design of a marina lot coastal-style family residence.
I have an architect who has created preliminary plans. I also have very detailed “design standards”/inspiration documentation I’ve created to facilitate the desired outcome for the build - looking for outside perspective/suggestions to facilitate revisions with our current architect.
Key requirements include:
- 3 story home
- 5 bedrooms
- 4.5 to 5 bathrooms
- elevator
- 2 car garage
- open Kitchen living/dining
- butlers pantry
- plunge pool
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven track record in residential construction
- Strong portfolio in coastal designs - and the ability to thoughtfully curate exterior designs that are a fusion of various influences (e.g, think Alys beach, Mediterranean, European..)
- Knowledge of concrete home builds (superior walls will be used for all 3 floors)
- Knowledge and creativity when it comes to working with narrow lots and strict impervious requirements.
