Civil Repair Construction Labour Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m arranging a small-scale civil repair and I need additional construction labour to get it done efficiently and safely. The job focuses purely on repair work rather than a new build or a full renovation, so your experience with fixing, reinforcing and bringing existing structures back to standard is what really matters here.
You’ll be working on civil elements—think concrete, masonry or general structural touches—rather than specialist roofing, plumbing or electrical lines. If you already know how to read basic site drawings, measure accurately and follow site safety rules, you’ll be up to speed quickly. Bring your own basic hand tools and standard PPE; I’ll supply any larger equipment or materials we specify together.
The deliverable is straightforward: complete the assigned repair tasks to an agreed standard of finish, tidy the work area and walk me through what was done so I can sign it off. Timing is flexible within normal site hours, but once we lock in a start date I’d like consistent daily progress until the job wraps.
