Café Countertops & Booth Refit

Job ID: 40308754

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD

The serving counters and fixed booths in my café are showing their age. Although everything is still in fair working order, the surfaces look tired and no longer match the fresh image I want for the shop. I need all countertop surfaces removed and replaced, the vertical counter fascias updated to suit the new top, and every booth seat re-clad so the whole front-of-house feels cohesive again.

I have not locked myself into a particular material or aesthetic yet, so you can propose options—granite, quartz, laminate or any other food-safe alternative—along with colour swatches or samples. What matters most is durability, ease of wipe-down cleaning, and a contemporary look that will stay sharp for years.

Scope of work
• Measure and template existing counters and booths
• Supply and install new countertops and matching fascias
• Re-clad all fixed booth seating (upholstery or hard panels, depending on your proposal)
• Finish edges, joints and any exposed framework so there are no visible gaps
• Manage removal and disposal of old materials and leave the space ready for service

I operate seven days a week, so please outline how you would stage the work to keep disruption to a minimum—partial night work or section-by-section closures are both possible.

When you reply, include:
• Your suggested material(s) and why they suit a high-traffic café
• Photos of comparable projects you have completed
• An estimated timeline from order to final handover

I’m ready to move quickly once I see a practical, well-costed plan that gives the café the polished front it deserves.
