Build Reinforced Concrete Wall into my picture

I need a new concrete wall tied into an existing one. The section is short—no more than 4 ft high and roughly 10 ft long—but it must be structurally sound. Rebar should be laid out per standard practice and dowels epoxied into the edge of the old wall so the two pour monolithically. I’ll share a reference photo that shows the surface look I want; use it to match the finish exactly.
Site is clear and ready. You bring formwork, steel, epoxy, and pump or mixer as you prefer, then strip forms and leave the face clean and true to the photo. Please include curing compound or an equivalent method so we don’t get premature cracking.
