Bobcat Topsoil Spreading Specialist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a residential lawn measuring well over 5,000 sq ft that is ready for new topsoil. All prep work is done—no rocks, debris, or leveling required—so this job is strictly about bringing in the material and spreading it smoothly.
You’ll need either your own 2-3k lbs smooth bucket bobcat or alternatively I will provide and your will provide operator duties, negotiable with a bucket or spreader attachment and the experience to lay an even layer at the correct depth while feathering edges into existing grades around paths and the driveway. When you leave, the surface should be perfectly uniform and ready for immediate seed or sod.
