Bid Proposal & Takeoff Package
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Select a construction project of your choice (commercial building, residential building, your home, conceptual type, etc….be creative).
Develop a proposal for bidding the project.
Provide electronic take off on any ten of the following:
Concrete footings, rebar, rough framing, metal studs
Interior millwork, exterior millwork, masonry,
Masonry, EIFS, siding, roofing, excavation, site work, paving, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, doors, sheetrock, painting, structural steel, waterproofing, insulation, wood flooring, carpet, hard tile, formwork.
Note that the spreadsheet has sample tabs to assist with for some takeoff (“DIV 3 TAKEOFF”, “DIV 6 RECAP”, etc) but not all. It is your responsibility to create take offs for your work and put them in the spreadsheet.
Any takeoffs you create should be put on tab “Custom-take-offs” – don’t put them in other tabs.
