Beam Replacement with LVLs

I need an experienced contractor to raise an existing beam (111.5”) and replace it with LVLs (123.25”). The work is primarily for aesthetic improvements as the new beam will be hidden in the ceiling.

Key Requirements:
- Raise existing beam and replace with LVLs
- Work will be concealed in ceiling, so no finish required
- Must consider rafter and roof loads

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Structural framing expertise
- Experience with LVL installation
