Bathroom Partition Wall From CAD

The bathroom in my home needs a new stud wall built exactly to the CAD drawings and measurements I will hand over. All timber studs, plasterboard sheets, screws and fixings are already on-site; what I’m missing is a skilled builder who can read the plans, cut accurately and assemble the frame so everything is plumb, square and ready for tiling.

The room itself is cleared and accessible even though we’re still living in the property. There are no existing plumbing or electrical runs in the way, which should make the job straightforward. I’d like the work to kick off within the next couple of weeks so we can then bring in our plumber.

Deliverables
• Frame erected to CAD dimensions, including door opening and any noggins shown on the drawings
• Plasterboard fixed, joints taped and surfaces left ready for the next trade


Bring your own tools (saws, nail gun or drill/driver, level, PPE) and any minor sundries you prefer; everything else is waiting here. If you have recent examples of similar internal partition work, a quick photo or two will help me gauge fit. Let’s get this wall up quickly and cleanly. :)
