I’m putting together a fresh package of AutoCAD design drawings that document the complete cementitious-coating waterproofing strategy for several medium-rise commercial buildings. You’ll start from my architectural PDFs, hand sketches, and manufacturer data sheets and translate them into clean .dwg files that follow my CAD layering, line-weight, and title-block standards.
Because these are design-stage drawings, every plan, section, and detail must spell out substrate preparation, coating build-up, termination points, joints, and penetrations so the wider project team can price the works accurately and flag any clashes early. Precision is critical—dimensions, call-outs, and reference notes need to align with the product specifications I provide.
Turnaround is typically three to five days per drawing set, with one redline revision round baked in. Final deliverables are native AutoCAD files and print-ready PDFs. If you’ve previously detailed cementitious systems on commercial projects and can slot in over the next month, I’d love to review a relevant sample sheet and hear about your availability.
